MEMBERSHIP APPLICATION – FORM FILING INSTRUCTIONS
Please complete the application form using block letters, preferably with a black ink pen. Ensure that all required details are provided neatly and completely, avoiding over-writings.
The signatory to the application must furnish comprehensive details and provide all the documents required with the application. Additionally, affix your signature, the date, and the organization’s seal.
Nominate your organization’s representative and alternate representative (s). The Applicant’s Representative should self-attest their copy of the PAN and AADHAR.
For subscription purposes, a “Year” is considered as a period of 12 calendar months starting from April, and a “Quarter” signifies each period of three calendar months commencing with April each year.
All payments can be made in any mode, viz., Cheque, DD, Cash or online.
IIE retains the right to reject any membership application without providing a reason.
Membership Categories

| Institutional membership (whether foreign institutions abroad or in India and India Institutional abroad) | U.S.$200/- or its equivalent | |
| Life Members | Individuals | Rs. 30000
(entitled to all the privileges of Members for a period of 12 years) |
| foreigners living in India or abroad or Indians abroad | U.S.$ 500/- or its equivalent |
Note:
1) GST shall be charged at the applicable rates on the above amounts.

3) No one can become a member of the Institute unless the membership has been approved by the Board of Control of IIE.
